  SEM919 motor grader is the road grader machine standard with SDEC 190HP engine, 13FT(3960mm) blade,15ton operating weight and air conditioner manufactured by CQL. front blade and rear ripper & scarifier are optional for SEM919 road motor grader. As the special road construction equipment, SEM919 road motor grader can be widely used for Farm and agriculture, Forestry, Construction, Snow Removing and plowing, Soil and Gravel Road Maintenance, Engineering, Mining, Railway,Highway,Airport, Municipal Construction,Water Conservancy,Hydropower,Waste etc.

• POWER SYSTEM - SEM919 road motor grader is standard with SDEC SC8D TIER-III engine (Electric control, Common rail Four-valve structure, supercharged and intercooled), Hydraulic driven fan, HANGCHI ADVANCE electric control gearbox, SEM tandem driving axle with 4 planetary gears final drive and Sprocket shafts and bearings with forced oil bath lubrication, Grease-free lubrication rear drive axle with heavy-duty tightening adjustment-free drive chain, 17.5-25 tires.
• CABIN & CONTROL SYSTEM - SEM919 road motor grader is standard with Air conditioner, Electric control walking joystick, Hydraulic pilot working joystick, Cab mounted on the front frame, Dashboard with 3 levels alarming monition system, 1.9 meters cabin inner height, Multi-directional adjustable shock-absorbing seat with armrest and headrest, adjustable steering column, Toolbox.
• CHASSIS SYSTEM - SEM919 road motor grader is standard with Front frame Maintenance-free bushings, Replaceable drawbar draft ball (bolted – not welded), A-type traction frame with box structure, Detachable bolt-fixed traction frame connecting ball head.
• HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Proportional Priority Pressure Compensating (PPPC) Valves, variable displacement piston pump, Load-sensing hydraulic system, Inboard lock check valves within PPPC.
• WORKING SYSTEM - 13FT blade, Standard blade float function, Quick DCM re-positioning, Replaceable bushings.
